Where are your products made?

  • Manufactured and packaged in Korea
  • Our high quality plant ingredients/extracts are sourced from farms in Korea as well

Is it vegan and cruelty-free?

  • Zentella skin care is 100% vegan and cruelty-free! ᵔᴥᵔ
  • We also do not use ingredients produced by animals or even animal byproducts!

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

  • All of our products cater to sensitive skin types!❀

 

SUSTAINABILITY

-I chose a biodegradable bamboo sheet as the sheet mask's material! You can throw it in a compost bin and it will break down in about 10 days.

-The packaging and shipment boxes for the bundles are also recyclable!

-The packing peanuts (if yours comes with it) are biodegradable, plant based and can be dissolved in water!

I am working on slowly finding ways to be more sustainable especially with new products I am developing, so I am very excited for the future of Zentella to contribute in helping cut the industry's waste problem.

All products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free, always :)

I grew up with her in the Philippines and she’s one of the best artists I’ve ever met!

IG- @ayebombay is the one behind the logo! I gave him what I wanted, and he did it exactly the way I asked! Amazing designer for your custom needs!

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

  • I ship to whatever countries the website will allow (Canada, Hong Kong, etc) but the shipping will be more expensive! If you order from another country and pay for shipping, I would love to ship my products to you! Unfortunately, I cannot do free shipping for those orders.

Where do you ship from?

  • USA

When will I receive my order?

  • Please expect it to be delivered within 3-5 business days after you get the “shipped” email!

Do you ship on Saturday’s and Sunday’s?

  • I only ship Monday-Friday before 5pm! Any orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday!
